Technical description: Mechanical control panel: steam regulator from 0 to 99%, thermostat from 50°C to 270°C, timer from 1 to 120 min. Oven "CROSSWISE" with loading trays GN 1/1 or 600x400 mm. It comes standard with 1 GN1/1 grid. Direct steam: by "nebulization". Convection heating: through stainless steel armored resistors placed behind the turbine baffles. Width loading, 75mm distance, anti-tilt plate structure. The chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded corners and edges and provided with discharge (supplied with stopper for the pastry version). Removable condensate collection tray, located under the door. Allogeneic light. 2 turbines with 2800 rpm "autoreverse" motor ensure uniform heat/steam distribution. Self-closing door with double thermal glazing, hinged interior glass for easy cleaning, ergonomic and athermic handle, easily removable gasket on the countertop. Micro-switch for turning off the fan when opening. Exterior construction made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Built in accordance with current CE standards.
