Somiera Pat Demountable

The Demountable Somier is a reinforced, durable frame with a metal frame in 30mmx30mm profile and 1.5mm thickness painted in electrostatic field that is combined by plastic supports with 28 elastic blades (for dimensions of 2 persons) of layered birch with width of 53mm and thickness of 8mm.

The sleeper is equipped with two metal bars compared to the profile used perimetral – this prevents deformation of the sommelier and gives additional resistance over time.

Each of the 28 blades behaves like a lamellar spring that enhances the elasticity or stiffness of the mattress, so that bed comfort and perfect sleep are guaranteed. Metal sommeliers with blades do not leave waste under the bed so the hygiene of the bed is maintained continuously. The free space between the blades ensures the mattress is ventilated and prevents mold from accumulating.

The bed allows the installation of 6 adjustable metal legs (4 on the corners and 2 on the middle) and with the help of the lifting system (optional) can have access to the storage crate inside the bed.  To install the folding system you will need to drill the somier just like in one of the images above.
